At Dravyam India, we take great pride in the quality and effectiveness of our skincare and wellness products. Due to the nature of our offerings and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been purchased.

❌ No Returns / No Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including opened, used, or unused items.

⚠️ Exceptions (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or delivered incorrectly. In such cases:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos or videos of the issue

• Email us at: indiadravyam@gmail.com with your order number and concern

Once verified, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Order cancellations are not accepted once payment is completed.
